That is when you truly know for sure that what is causing the anxiety to take control you so strongly is not the complications of life you face every day, but something more. Aries (March 21st to April 19th)
Being filled with a lively nature is not a bad thing. But on days, when you are not feeling like yourself, you will still want to be on the go, out and about and trying out new things. What you fail to realize here is that life can and will function without you.
Not being in the zone yet being on the go is basically what triggers those anxious feelings in you. Sometimes, it makes you feel a bit overwhelmed, out of shape and stressed beyond measure. What you need to do, therefore, is give yourself a break because if there is anything guaranteed about life other than its transient nature is the sole fact that it goes on. People come and go.
Things change. But life doesn’t stop for anyone. It will not halt if you spend one day inside in your PJs with a nice cup of coffee or ice cream or a good book. Taurus (April 20th to May 21st)
Nothing matters more to you than being safe and secure, both in terms of other relationships and with yourself. You get anxious when that sense of stability is out of your life in some way. You get anxious when you are unable to meet deadlines. You get anxious when you fail to meet someone on time.
You get anxious if someone makes you feel like you are not good enough. You get anxious when you really upset someone. Basically, all such things deprive that sense of stability and security from your life. It will all work out, eventually. You need to remind yourself this time and again.
Overthinking about such things will just make it worse than they actually in your head. So, take a chill pill and go with the flow. Gemini (May 22nd to June 21st)
The reason you tend to become anxious when you do is because you have a high tendency to take the little things in life too seriously. Despite your cheery nature, you become upbeat about certain stuff way too fast. What you need is to calm your mind and not form permanent feelings and emotions about temporary things.
Practicing mind calming techniques every once in a while will prove to be effective. Your dual nature might sometimes make you focus on the negative side of things.
