8. You are not shy
Your partner knows you in ways that a person more prudish would find shocking. It has been so long to your relationship that neither you nor your partner deems it inappropriate that he helps you out with your tampon on days you are too exhausted/drunk/wasted to do it yourself. This is perfectly acceptable. It just goes to show how relaxed you are around our partner.
9. The fart boundary
They say that couples who fart together stay together. It is a mark of how comfortable you two are in each other’s company that passing gas does not bother the two of you. Perhaps, the dog gets blamed a lot, or perhaps he/she chooses to act wholly innocent and ask what the matter is, or possibly you just feel no shame or reserve being yourself around your partner. Either way, once the fart boundary is crossed, you know you have come a long way.
10. You have your own secret language
Certain couples like creating their own secret language. This could mean anything from code words, body language, or just something as subtle as a lift of the eyebrow. Several couples have previously agreed upon phrases that could mean something perfectly innocent to a bystander, but contain a wealth of meaning to each other.
