How do I request a refund?
To start a return, please email us at [email protected] along with your ORDER ID and complete order details, as well as the reason for the refund.
• Customers may request a refund on an order within 30 days of delivery or the latest estimated delivery date.
• Once an order has been placed, you may cancel any item in your order in the Order History section before it is shipped.
• After an item has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Your refund request may be denied if：
• It has been more than 30 days since items were delivered to you.
• The items were returned without having received the seller’s address from our team.
• You are unable to provide a valid tracking number and the related information needed.
What if the product was damaged before delivery?
If the product was damaged because of a delivery error, we can instantly send you a new unit without the need to apply for any returns or refunds. You also qualify for an instant refund if your product is damaged before being delivered to you.
How will I receive my refund?
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used to purchase the order.
• Typically, you can expect your payment provider to credit you for your refund within 14 business days. If you are having trouble locating your refund, we recommend contacting your payment provider for further assistance.
Can I return digital goods (ebooks)?
Since the ebooks are digital purchases, they are refundable only if you don’t receive your book downloads.
