Granted, the taste is something that is always going to be subjective. It’s all relative to a person’s individual tastes and worldviews. Just because one individual is attractive to one person doesn’t mean that he is going to be attractive to all people as well. The attraction is something that can either exist or it doesn’t. And that’s the nature of relationships. They all start with a mutual attraction between two people who have chemistry with one another. But even though attraction is relative, there are just certain traits about people that are universally accepted to be unattractive.
And if you want to put yourself in the best position to get girls to become attracted to you, then you have to make sure that you aren’t presenting yourself as an unattractive individual. And that all starts with knowing what traits girls typically find unattractive. There are certain things that MOST (it’s important to emphasize that there might be a small minority of girls who think otherwise) girls will find absolutely disgusting in men. And well, if you want a girl to become attracted to you, make sure that you aren’t guilty of the following things:
1. Having poorly groomed hair on your body.
It’s okay to be hairy. You’re a man. You have testosterone. Hair grows everywhere. But at least put in the effort to manage your hair. Make sure that you’re still presenting yourself as someone who cares about how he looks. Show her that you actually put effort into grooming yourself because you know that you always want to be presentable. It shows a sense of self-worth.
2. Being addicted to drugs or cigarettes.
Addiction is always a terrible thing for anyone to go through. It’s a sickness. And not all women are going to be so willing to put up with it. Also, health is wealth. Fitness is really in these days. And if you are addicted to living a very unhealthy lifestyle, you are essentially diminishing the chances of her becoming attracted to you.
3. Being too obsessed with your 6-pack abs.
This is a metaphor for someone who is too vain. Yes, it’s good that you care about you look but you don’t want to be obsessive about it. You need to be able to walk that line properly. You always want to look good for her, but you don’t want to be compromising other aspects of your life just for the sake of looking good.
4. Having no real goals or dreams in life.
It’s important to always be ambitious. Have some structure and purpose in your life. You don’t want to be known as the man without a plan. She isn’t going to want to latch herself onto someone who doesn’t know where he’s going.
5. Being poorly dressed.
Put some effort into how you dress. Remember that your choice of clothing is a reflection of who you are on the inside, and she’s going to take notice of that. You don’t necessarily have to be wearing the most expensive clothes around. You just have to show that you aren’t sloppy; and that you’re always willing to put effort into how you look.
6. Having a very arrogant and showy attitude.
It’s okay to show that you care about yourself, but it’s not okay to be flaunting everything that you have. Don’t be showy. It’s okay to indulge yourself every once in a while, but you don’t have to brag about it. It shows that you care too much about how other people see you, and it’s not a good look on anyone.
7. Being guilty of having poor hygiene.
Take care of yourself. Like being able to dress well, you need to be able to take care of yourself as well. Even something as simple as having clean nails and taking a bath every day can go a long way to getting a girl attracted to you. You don’t want to be driving a woman away because of your terrible body odor.
8. Being shallow and dense.
You don’t necessarily have to be Einstein or Aristotle. You don’t need to be coming up with profound philosophical breakthroughs whenever you’re with her. But you also have to make sure that you are a person of depth. Show her that you’re capable of being someone with more than just good looks.
9. Being irresponsible.
Always be a responsible adult. If you are a man-child who needs constant guidance and supervision, then you can’t expect her to find you attractive at all.
10. Being rude and ungentlemanly.
As a general rule of thumb, kindness is attractive. Rudeness is unattractive. Always keep that in mind. Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that girls these days still become attracted to the “bad boy” persona. No. If you’re rude, then you can’t expect a girl to want to spend much time with you. Always make sure that you conduct yourself properly; that you always show kindness. Always carry yourself with grace and good manners. Be a real gentleman.
