Recently, the Rodeo singer slammed ‘America’s most hated mom’ Casey Anthony, on social media and called her a ‘disgrace of a mother.’
Cardi’s tweet came in the wake of the release of Peacock’s controversial documentary, Casey Anthony: Where The Truth Lies.
“I don’t give a deum how they flip it, switch it, turn it, toss it Casey Anthony is a disgrace of a mother, and she shouldn’t have a uterus. I don’t feel bad for her or for the daddy YALL KNOW WHAT HAPPENED to that baby!!!!” she wrote on Twitter on December 6.
In 2008, Casey Anthony – the most despised and relived woman in America was accused of murdering her two-year-old daughter, Caylee.
The little girl went missing in mid-2008, and six months later, her remains were found in the woods near the family home.
Caylee’s mother, Casey, was charged with murder. After a trial of six weeks, the jury unanimously decided that the woman was not guilty of first-degree murder, aggregated child abuse, or aggravated manslaughter of a child.
The then 25-year-old was convicted of four counts of providing false information to law enforcement and served prison time for four years, one for each count.
Although Casey was acquitted, she is still hated by thousands around the world.
People on Twitter had mixed reactions to Cardi’s tweet where some asked her why the sudden rage about an old case, and many asked Cardi to raise her voice against the luxury fashion house Balenciaga too.
However, the majority still strongly agreed with the rapper and expressed disgust against the ill-famed mother.
“FACTS!! I watched every single day of that trial, and poor excuse for a mother is despicable, and should be in jail! They fumbled that case on purpose if you ask me,” one wrote.
“The fact that they even gave her a platform to speak about the situation is SICKKKK,” said another.
“She had to know someone powerful to help her get away with that. There’s no way,” a third user added.
“Speaking of children… would love to know what you think about what Balenciaga has done…” a fourth commented.
While someone cheered the 30-year-old rapper and commented,
“Flip it, switch it, turn it, toss it!! That’s a song right there, CARDI!!!!!”
