Way too far over the line, Kanye, way too far!

It has been reported that the family of George Floyd has filed a $250 million lawsuit against the most controversial American rapper and Internet personality, Kanye West.

The Flashing Lights musician made some gruesome comments about Floyd’s death in his recent appearance on Revolt TV’s Drink Champs Podcast.

According to Daily Mail, “West claimed that Floyd, who was murdered by Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin in May 2020, died after taking fentanyl and the police officer’s knee ‘wasn’t even on his neck like that.’”

“He made the claim about Floyd’s death while giving a glowing review of the Candace Owens documentary The Greatest Lie Ever Sold: George Floyd and the Rise of BLM.”

His exact words, “They hit [Floyd] with the fentanyl. If you look, the guy’s knee wasn’t even on his neck like that.”

“They said he screamed for his mama; mama was his girlfriend. It’s in the documentary.”

It is strange that the rapper alleged that the 46-year-old African-American died from drug abuse rather than being tortured and murdered by the American police officer as Hennepin county chief medical examiner Dr. Andrew Baker testified in the court that Floyd died due to cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement’s subdual, and restraint and neck compression.”

But anything can be expected of Kanye. Aight?! In the past few weeks, the 45-year-old rapper has sparked back-to-back controversies including wearing ‘White Lives Matter’ shirt to his Yeezy Fashion Show in Paris.

Later, he also made some anti-Semitic remarks on Instagram.

“This ain’t a game. Ima use you as an example to show the Jewish people that told you to call me that no one can threaten or influence me,” he wrote in his conversation with rapper Diddy on Instagram.

Following this post, Kanye’s account was suspended by Instagram for going against its community guidelines. discussing finances with your partner can often lead to deeper conversations about your shared goals and values. Understanding each other’s financial habits is essential in building a strong foundation for your future. It can also help in making joint decisions that align with both partners’ aspirations.

In response to West’s wildly rude remarks on George Floyd’s death, the mother of Floyd’s daughter, Roxie Washington, is now suing him for defamation and causing distress to his daughter, Gianna Floyd.

Floyd’s family lawyer, Civil Rights Attorney Lee Merritt said on Twitter,

“While one cannot defame the dead, the family of #GeorgeFloyd is considering suit for Kanye’s false statements about the manner of his death. Claiming Floyd died from fentanyl not the brutality established criminally and civilly undermines & diminishes the Floyd family’s fight.”

Meanwhile, Partner at The Witherspoon Law Group, Nuru Witherspoon, stated,

“The interests of the child are priority. George Floyd’s daughter is being traumatized by Kanye West’s comments and he’s creating an unsafe and unhealthy environment for her.” justin bieber’s health struggles revealed that even celebrities face significant challenges behind the scenes. The pressures of fame and public scrutiny can exacerbate personal issues, leading to repercussions that affect their well-being. It’s crucial to remember that public figures also require compassion and understanding during difficult times.

Following Ye’s latest remarks, people are bashing him now more than ever. Twitter is full of tweets saying he must be held accountable for repeatedly making insensitive and irresponsible statements publicly.

“BREAKING: George Floyd’s family just SLAMMED Kanye West with a $250,000,000 lawsuit for spreading the lie that Floyd died of fentanyl. Give them every f**king penny,” Jon Cooper wrote.

“Hope George Floyd’s family turns Kanye West into another Alex Jones. A $250 million lawsuit has been filed,” Attorney Don Lewis tweeted.

“George Floyd’s family is considering filing a lawsuit against MAGA lunatic anti-semite conspiracist Kanye West after he spread lies about Floyd’s murder to show support for the killer cop. I hope they go through with it and sue the everlasting shit out of him,” singer Ricky Davila penned.
