Harry Potter Star Emma Watson and Her Nepo-baby Boyfriend Split After 18 Months of Romance

Emma Watson and Brandon Green have reportedly ended their relationship after dating for less than two years.

According to Daily Mail, the pair split up after Christmas 2022 after a very serious relationship that lasted nearly 18 months.

Their relationship was so serious they even met each other’s parents and went on several romantic trips together, including a getaway to Venice, Italy.

On their vacation, the pair were pictured hand-in-hand as they walked through the city and boarded a boat together. Daily Mail also confirmed that the son of Sir Philip Green had been ‘wooing’ the Harry Potter alum.

The ex-couple first sparked romance rumors in September 2021 when they were photographed together after stepping out of a helicopter in London, per E! News.

Before Green, the 33-year-old British actress, model, and activist dated Leo Robinton, a businessman from Los Angeles. In 2017, Emma spoke to Vanity Fair for an interview and admitted that she was a private person and wanted to keep her personal life away from the public eye.

“I want to be consistent: I can’t talk about my boyfriend in an interview and then expect people not to take paparazzi pictures of me walking around outside my home,” she said. “You can’t have it both ways.”

“I’ve noticed, in Hollywood, who you’re dating gets tied up into your film promotion and becomes part of the performance and the circus. I would hate anyone that I were with to feel like they were in any way part of a show or an act.”

As for Green, he is the son of a famous businessman and entrepreneur, Sir Philip Green, who is a known for making a huge fortune off fast fashion with his company, The Arcadia Group, the owner of several retailer groups, including Topshop, Dorothy Perkins, and Miss Selfridge.

The couple’s breakup news comes a month after The Perks of Being a Wallflower actress celebrated her 33rd birthday and shared a lengthy caption about ‘growing old’ on her Instagram.

“This is 33. Holy moly. Before 29, I hadn’t even heard of a Saturn Return as a concept. Let’s just say that now I am well acquainted,” she wrote in April.

In her caption, Watson explained how she stepped away from life and went through numerous good, bad, and tough times throughout all these years.

“I cut my thumb nail off on both hands trying to cook for myself and then was only able to do things one-handed for months,” she continued. “I felt really sad and really p*ssed off about a lot of things. I learnt more about love and being a woman… It took me three years but I have finally figured out a daily practice and can actually keep it for more than a few days in a row.”
