Busey, who’s known for his iconic role in the “Buddy Holly Story,” is now facing four counts consisting of one count of harassment, one count of criminal intimate contact, and two counts of intimate criminal contact.

Busey was in attendance at the Monster Mania Convention, where this crime took place. The convention went from the 12th to 14th of August. Police initially did not respond to the charges and responded on Saturday.
