Ways to cope.
Aries (March 21 April 19)
As an Aries, you are a natural busy body. You always like to keep yourself busy, and in a weird way, that’s how you most effectively cope with your stress. Whenever you start to feel like the stress and the pressure of a relationship is getting to you, then you go and you find yourself some other challenges that you can try to distract yourself with.

Given that you are a Taurus, you aren’t particularly known as someone who is mellow and relaxed. You get stressed out fairly often just because of how intense and passionate you can be at times. It’s not a rarity for you to become overwhelmed by the social pressures of a relationship. Whenever you get stressed, you need to take part in relaxing and leisurely activities. Sometimes, a long walk in the park should be enough to get the job done.
Gemini (May 22 June 21)
As a Gemini, you are a complete opposite of the Taurus. You don’t get stressed out all that easily because of your relaxed and easygoing demeanor. The pressure of having to sustain a relationship doesn’t really overwhelm you much. But when you do gest stressed, the best way for you to cope with it would be to go through some form of mental or emotional escape. Immerse yourself in a quality film or read a book to just forget about your worries for a while.

By instinct, you would retreat back into your little cocoon of safety and security whenever you feel stressed. Another coping mechanism that you are known to practice when you are stressed is to overindulge yourself in vices and food. And the worst part is that it doesn’t take much of anything to stress you out as a Cancer.
Leo (July 23 August 22)
Given that you are a Leo, the absolute best way for you to just destress in a relationship is to give in to your egotistical nature. Just remember all the things about yourself that you love and be proud of. Remind yourself of just how great you are and how many people wish they could be like you. Once you do that, you’ll be fine again.
Virgo (August 23 September 22)
As a Virgo, you have a very unhealthy tendency to deflect your negative emotions. And as a result, they end up stressing you out in the long run. The real way for you to be able to deal with your relationship stress is if you acknowledge your feelings and really talk about them with your partner.
Libra (September 23 October 22)
As a Libra, it’s very important for you to always maintain balance and peace in your relationships. Whenever you feel like anything is threatening the equilibrium of your relationship, then you automatically take on all of the pressure of the relationship. You can deal with that pressure by immersing yourself in beauty. Take a trip to a local museum or listen to a beautiful song to destress.
Scorpio (October 23 November 22)
You are a Scorpio and you are known to just withdraw into yourself whenever you feel like the stress of a relationship is overwhelming you. You become very isolated and it can be very difficult for people to reach out to you in this state. But the best way for you to deal with stress is when you open yourself up; when you actually start expressing yourself.

As a Sagittarius, you don’t really get stressed much because of your optimistic nature. But when a relationship does stress you out, the best way for you to deal with it would be to go engage in some form of physical activity.

You are always naturally emotionally unavailable, but you try to be better for the sake of your relationship. The best way for you to deal with relationship stress would be to engage in mentally stimulating activities those that challenge your brainpower.

You are a very sensitive human being and so that’s why you are no stranger to stressful situations. As a Pisces, you have a tendency to bring the stress unto yourself. And really, the best way for you to cope with a stressful situation would be for you to just have a good cry. Let all those tears flow and you’ll be okay.
