A funeral worker claims his wife cheated on him with his dad, and they ran off together after he caught them red-handed.
Declan Fuller, a 22-year-old funeral worker from Rhondda in South Wales, saw his wife, Stephanie, having sex with his 44-year-old father, Darren, and said they often used to spend time together in his room.
After watching them on a baby monitor, Declan confronted Stephanie and asked what had happened, she replied, “we were watching The Simpsons on TV.”
“It’s like a plot from EastEnders. It’s not normal,” Declan told The Sun. “If I didn’t have a sensible head on my shoulders he would be six foot under now.”
However, Stephanie claimed that she didn’t cheat on Declan and told the outlet, “I did not cheat on Declan. We got together a week or so after he left me.”
Darren and Stephanie now live six miles away from Declan, near Pontypridd, expecting twins together.
According to Declan, he became suspicious when his divorced dad moved in with them and their 2-year-old daughter, Willow, and Stephanie in September last year.
He said he was at work when he saw the two cheating on him on the baby monitor, which he focused on his dad’s bedroom door and saw his wife and Darren going in together.
“It’s sick — how could my father do that to me?” he said. “I feel betrayed but I’m better off without the two of them,”
He said he refused to believe Stephanie’s absurd explanation that she was watching TV with him in his room and dumped her. Days later, she told him she was pregnant with his dad’s twins.
The twins will be Declan’s half-brother or sister and Willow’s brother or sister; they will be her aunt and uncle too. Declan’s father, Darren, who refused to comment on the situation, will be Willow’s grandfather and stepfather if he married Stephanie.
