It’s going to be painful. Rejection is always going to hurt, and no one is going to be immune to that kind of pain.
Whatever you are going to read here is probably going to feel like a blade slashing at your skin but it’s a necessary kind of pain that you’re going to have to feel. It is the kind of truth that you’re just going to have to learn to accept no matter how difficult it is. You have to know that if things really were meant to be; if he were really destined to spend the rest of his life with you, then that would most definitely be the case right now. But things aren’t that way because that’s just not how things weren’t meant to turn out.
You have to understand that unrequited love isn’t necessary an uncommon phenomenon. Shakespeare wrote of it all too often, and it has spurned countless of stories that that have managed to tap into the hearts of so many people. You would be surprised at how genuinely rare it is to share a perfect kind of love with someone that you can actually be compatible with. You have to know that when true love erupts, it exudes countless drops of glittery magic.
Of course, you might be in denial about the whole thing. You might be thinking that things aren’t working out right now just because the stars aren’t aligned to be in your favor; or maybe it’s just not the right time for you to be together just yet. But deep down inside your inner most core, you know the truth that you just aren’t meant to be and that all of your self-deceit is going to get you nowhere.
You know that regardless of how the stars and planets align; regardless of the timing of the situation; regardless of the readiness of the people involved, you know that if things really weren’t meant for you to be together, then you would definitely be together right at this moment. And yet, you aren’t. Things aren’t what you hope and you have a difficult time accepting this fact. But it’s still a fact of your life whether you like it or not.
Nothing gets in the way of destiny. You have to remember that when fate chooses and decides for you to be in each other’s embrace, then you would be. If destiny decided for you to have fallen madly, deeply in love with each other, then you definitely would have. There are very few forces on the face of this earth than can actually stop a heart that is driven by destiny. Actually, there may be nothing that can stop it. A destined love is an unstoppable force that should never be underestimated or confused with anything else. No obstacles or speedbumps in life will be able to change fate’s direction. No hardships or difficulties will ever be able to deter the speed of fate. When it is the right time for two people to fall in love together, then they do. At the end of the day, if he really made a relentless effort to want to be with you right now, then nothing would be able to stop him. He would be right there at your side, no questions asked. And yet, he’s not there with you. You’re not together. He doesn’t love you the way that you want him to love you. And as much as that fact may upset you, you’re going to have to accept it. There is absolutely no plausible reason as to why he wouldn’t be at your side right now other than fate deciding for it to be so. Let go of all your preconceived notions of control. You don’t have the power to manage every single thing that happens in your life. Sometimes, no matter how much you will something to happen, it just won’t turn out the way that you want it to; and that’s normal.

During these difficult times, you are given a choice. You can either choose to wallow in your own delusions and still hope for something that’s never going to come. Or you can choose to just pick yourself up, move on, and find your way to where destiny wants you to be.
