Jack Grealish Detailed his Sweet Relationship with Disabled Sister, Hollie, as he Met his Number 1 Fan

Jack Peter Grealish, famously known as Jack Grealish, is an English professional football player who plays as a winger or attacking midfielder for Manchester City Premier League club and the England national team.

Grealish joined Aston Villa when he was six years old and made his debut in May 2014.

The British native scored during his first match in this year’s world cup in Qatar and met his number 1 fan.

“The Manchester City ace, 27, helped his country start their World Cup campaign in electric fashion and provided a heartwarming moment in the process,” The Sun reported.

“Grealish met the youngster after the Premier League’s ‘Fan Mail’ set up a meeting between the two.”

The England star promised to meet his die-hard fan with Cerebral Palsy and made sure he fulfilled it as his younger sister, Hollie, has the same condition.

“I have cerebral palsy, and I saw your sister has cerebral palsy too. Are you a good brother to her?” young Finlay wrote in his letter.

“I love the way you are really good with your sister, you really get it. You always have her there with you and you look really proud,” the 11-year-old football maniac added. “I wish there were more people in the world just like you who treat people with disabilities the same as anyone else”.

“It makes me really happy when I see that you, a famous footballer, knows what it’s like to live with people with cerebral palsy.”

When Finlay met his favorite player, Jack hugged him and said, “I just want to say a big thank you for your letter that you wrote for me, it really touched me.”

Grealish then talked to the camera and explained, “I’m so close with my little sister. Hollie is 19 now, she was born three months premature. They said that she wouldn’t be able to talk, she wouldn’t be able to walk and do a lot of stuff but here we are, and she can do everything.”

“Obviously I love her so much, yeah I think I’m a good big brother to her,” he added while laughing.

The 27-year-old English star lost his baby brother when he was very young and has a very emotional relationship with his little sister.

Previously, the football player spoke to BBC Sport on one occasion and opened up about his past and his relationship with his siblings.

“My little brother passed away when I was young,” he told the outlet. “My little sister has cerebral palsy, so she, you know, she’s like my best friend. I speak to her all the time.”

“She’ll live with my mum forever, so my mum was always looking after the kids, whereas my dad would take me and my brother to Villa Park on a Saturday.”

He added, “We are so close. She was born three months premature and they said she would not be able to talk, walk.”

“And here we are today, and she can do everything.”
