Jennifer Aniston Strips off Saying, “I Don’t F*****g Care” After Going Through Tough Times

The Friends alum has opened up about her fertility struggles and journey with in-vitro fertilization.

In a candid interview with Allure, the 53-year-old actress revealed the struggles and the ‘hard sh*t’ she has gone through during the last two decades of her life.

“I would say my late thirties, forties, I’d gone through really hard shit, and if it wasn’t for going through that, I would’ve never become who I was meant to be,” she told the publication.

“If it wasn’t for going through that, I would’ve never become who I was meant to be. That’s why I have such gratitude for all those s–tty things,” she said while referring to her struggle with getting pregnant several years ago.

Aniston also noted that at this point in her life, she has nothing to hide or get scared of, which is why she was ready to talk about something so personal and painful for her at one point in life.

“I’ve spent so many years protecting my story about IVF,” she told Allure. “I’m so protective of these parts because I feel like there’s so little that I get to keep to myself. … I don’t have anything to hide.”

She added, “That’s why I have such gratitude for all those shitty things. Otherwise, I would’ve been stuck being this person that was so fearful, so nervous, so unsure of who they were. And now, I don’t f***ing care.”

She further said that while the media was busy speculating about her personal choices and life overall, she was going through IVF and drinking Chinese teas.

“You name it, I was throwing everything at it. I would’ve given anything if someone had said to me, ‘Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor.’ You just don’t think it. So here I am today. The ship has sailed.”

The Murder Mystery actress added that after all these difficult years and hard times, she is actually relieved that things happened the way they happened.

“I have absolutely zero regrets today and I am kind of relieved, to be honest. There is no more, ‘Can I? Maybe. Maybe. Maybe.’ I don’t have to think about that anymore.”

The We Are the Millers star clapped back at the general speculation people used to have about her that she didn’t want kids during her two marriages with Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux, and that was the reason for the split, both times.

“God forbid a woman is successful and doesn’t have a child. … It was absolute lies,” she said.

Previously the actress wrote an op-ed for The Huffington Post in 2016 and insisted that women do not need a man or a child in order to feel complete.

“We are complete with or without a mate, with or without a child, we get to decide for ourselves what is beautiful when it comes to our bodies,” wrote Aniston.

While Jennifer was still married to her second husband, Justin Theroux, there was a time when she went on a vacation in the Bahamas, and the paparazzi captured some shots of the couple. The media outlets claimed back then that the actress had a ‘small bump’, insisting she was pregnant.

“What you see is her having just enjoyed a delicious big lunch and her feeling safe on private property,” her representative said in a public statement at that time.
