It has been reported that the Titanic actor Leonardo DiCaprio has broken up with his model girlfriend of five years.
The duo started dating back in 2017 when Camila was only 20 years old, and DiCaprio was 42.
According to The Sun, a source said, “Leo and Camila ended their relationship over the summer.
“There are no bad feelings between them. It just came to a natural conclusion.”
No public statement has been made from either side yet.
The news came out just days after Morrone was spotted enjoying vacation with her mother in ST-Tropez.
According to PEOPLE, in July 2019, an insider told the outlet that Leo and Camila were pretty serious about their relationship. “It’s definitely not a casual relationship. Camila spends a lot of time at his house. Camila is long known as Leo’s girlfriend. And Leo introduced her to both of his parents long ago.”
“Then, in June 2020, a source said DiCaprio ‘loves being with’ Morrone as they ‘spent 24/7’ with each other amid the pandemic lockdown. ‘They are very close,’ wrote PEOPLE.
The duo also spent this year’s Fourth of July together at a beach in Malibu.
In December 2019, Camila spoke to Los Angeles Times and opened up about her ‘huge’ age difference with Leo, “There are so many relationships in Hollywood — and in the history of the world — where people have large age gaps. I just think anyone should be able to date who they want to date.”
“I feel like there should always be an identity besides whom you’re dating…. I understand the association, but I’m confident that will continue to slip away and be less of a conversation.” She added while referring to the fact that people gave him attention just because she was dating the Leonardo DiCaprio.
After her holiday photos went viral on social media last week, fans learned that Camila’s mother, Lucila Sola is younger than her now ex-boyfriend, Leo.
Many took to Twitter and expressed their emotions about this interesting age revelation.
