Marcus Jordan shrugged off his father, Michael’s disapproval about his relationship with Larsa Pippen, and celebrated her 49th birthday by sharing a series of snaps of the duo enjoying their time together.
In one of the clips shared on his Instagram stories, the basketball player whose NBA legend dad, Michael Jordan, recently disapproved of his romance with the OnlyFans star, Larsa, was seen smoking hookah from her bust as they danced to 50 Cent’s P.I.M.P. in an unknown club.
MJ exhaled and did his best, ‘Wedding Crashers’ impression as the Real Housewives star posed in a sultry low-cut black dress.
“Happy birthday to my best friend & partner in crime,” he wrote on one of the snaps.
The birthday posts come a few days after Michael Jordan told the paparazzi he doesn’t approve of his son’s relationship with his rival’s ex-wife.
When approached by paparazzi in Paris on Sunday, Michael Jordan, 60, who was dining with his wife, Yvette Prieto, 44, laughed before one photographer repeatedly asked him if he approved of his son dating Pippen. He finally said, “NO!” before getting into his car.
MJ’s declaration comes after Pippen’s comments last month when she spoke about her relationship with Marcus and said their families are fine with it.
“It’s not about my parents, his parents. They’re all happy. Our whole family’s fine,” she told Tamron Hall. “I feel like, we’ve spent holidays together, and it’s good. We’re in a great place.”
She further said that the age difference between her and Marcus doesn’t affect her, nor does the animosity between her ex, Scottie Pippen, and Marcus’s dad, MJ.
“[Scottie] has a right to the way he feels … I live my truth, I’m happy. It wasn’t like it was planned, we were just together a lot with our friends and it just so happened.”
Last month, the couple sat down in an interview with E! News and shared their thoughts about the criticism surrounding their relationship.
“I let people that are misinformed be misinformed,” Marcus told the outlet. “I feel like people see our last names and immediately want to have some sort of reaction or opinion. But I feel like as people get to know us and understand our situations more, they’re way more happy for us and just want to see us to live in our truths and be happy.”
Larsa, who was previously married to former NBA player Scottie Pippen and shares four children with him, said: “People just want to see you happy and there’s just a few people who are just miserable.”
