Last month, Camila Alves McConaughey showed up at the Paris Fashion Week with her two eldest kids, son Levi, 14, and daughter, Vida, 13.
Her star husband, Matthew McConaughey, and their youngest child, Livingston, 10, were absent from the event.
According to Daily Mail, “With a shock of centre-parted hair, the Oscar-winning actor’s 14-year old son Levi bore a striking resemblance to his famous father while attending Paris Fashion Week.”
“The teenager was joined by younger sister Vida, 12, and their model mother Camila Alves as they arrived at Manège de l’Ecole Militaire ahead of the fall-winter 2023-24 presentation.”
The gorgeous mama, 41, posed with her two teenagers as the trio looked stylish for the evening.
“The trio dressed in neutrals, Alves McConaughey in a cream pantsuit with a matching hat while Levi wore a cream shacket on top of a plaid tracksuit and Vida sported a midi dress that featured a woman’s face on it,” People reported.
Both Liva, who’s a carbon copy of his handsome dad, and Vida proved that they have an amazing dressing sense as the duo looked spectacular as they posed alongside their gorgeous mama.
After arriving in Paris, Camila shared an update on her Instagram stories and pictures of the trio having fun together.
“Look who showed up in Paris!!! Vida!! My 13-year-old,” she wrote alongside a photo of Vida holding a box of pastries.
Another update showed Levi and Alves’s mom sitting in a restaurant, enjoying some family time together.
“Look who else showed up!! Levi (14 now!!) And my mom too!!” she captioned the snap on her story.
Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves make a beautiful couple; fans cannot stop drooling over these two. They are one of Hollywood’s happiest couples, and their love story is no less than a fairytale.
It is known to all his fans that Matthew McConaughey was not looking for love and was happily single until he met his now-wife, Camila Alves, some 14 years ago.
It all started with Mathew crushing over Camila, while she didn’t even recognize him at that time. The Brazilian model didn’t know he was a movie star while he was all smitten with her, and he had to make genuine efforts in order to gain her attention and eventually prove his worth.
It all started in 2006 when they first met in LA. He went out to a club with his friend in Los Angeles. While he was making margaritas at the table when suddenly he caught sight of Camila, who was 24 at that time and came to the US from Brazil. He said he was instantly intrigued.
While talking to Oprah Winfrey in one of his interviews, he described his first impression of her in a very cinematic way:
“Out of the corner of my eye, this aqua-green figure went sort of floating across the frame about 20 feet in front of me. I didn’t say, ‘Who is that.’ I said, ‘What is that?”
Alves, on the other hand, doesn’t remember it as love at first sight. While speaking with Access Hollywood in 2012, the actress said that she did not know who he was at that time. “He had a really long beard, and he had this rasta hat. He was all covered up, and initially, I didn’t realize who he really was.”
She said she eventually did recognize him, but she was clearly not star-struck by him. So, she decided to keep it cool and conversed in her native language, Portuguese. “I thought I’ve had put him to test,” she said, ‘’But he didn’t chafe and responded in both Portuguese and Spanish.”
While talking to People Entertainment, Mathew said, “We had a great connection. I spoke better Spanish and Portuguese that night than I have since we started going out (you know what I mean?),” he joked. Three days after our first encounter, I invited her to my Malibu house and cooked her dinner, which we ate on the porch.”
They bonded well with each other, and with time their attraction grew even stronger, and it eventually gave way to a lifelong connection. The couple got married in 2012 and today they are happy parents to three children, two boys and one girl.
