Nick Cannon Admits He Got Mother’s Day Cards ‘Mixed Up’ for the 6 Mothers of His 12 Kids

Nick Cannon has admitted to mixing up his baby Mamas while writing Mother’s Day cards.

During Monday’s episode of The Daily Cannon show, the dad of 12 said he wanted to write handwritten messages for his babies’ mothers on Mother’s Day but ended up mixing their names and giving the wrong cards to each woman.

“I thought it would be a really really good idea to show people how you really feel, write it down,” he told his cohosts, Courtney Bee Bledsoe, Mason Moussette and his partner, Abby De La Rosa.

“As I’m writing a handwritten message, I get the cards mixed up. And then so when one baby mama reads the card about how I feel about the other baby mama,” he added.

Listening to his confession, Abby, one of his six partners and mom to his two children, Zion and Zillion, said, “Wow!”

“I tried my best, I really did,” Cannon insisted.

The Masked Singer shares twelve children with six different women – two with his ex-wife, Mariah Carey, three with model and dancer Brittany Bell, three with former radio personality Abby De La Rosa, Two with the model Alyssa Scott, and one each with Bre Tiesi and LaNisha Cole.

Last year, during an interview with Billboard, the comedian and host of The Nick Cannon Show was asked if he wanted to have more children.

“I don’t know, man. I have no idea. I think I’m good right now!” he replied.

Speaking of his big family, the 42-year-old said, “That’s my No. 1 priority, obviously. I wake up being a father thinking about my kids, and everything else comes after that. My kids are definitely the creative force in all that I do. They’re the funniest, most innovative, best questions…every project I’m working on now is through their eyes.”

Earlier this month, the Love Don’t Cost a Thing star slammed criticism about him being a deadbeat dad and said he has been ‘villainized’ but is at a place where he doesn’t care what people think of him.

“I’ve been villainized,” he told the Los Angeles Times. “I hear all the time: ‘You can’t be present for all those children.’ So therefore I get this deadbeat dad title.”

The 42-year-old TV host, actor, and comedian, who recently claimed he has got ‘super sperm’ due to which he has 12 children despite practicing birth control, added that he does not care what people know about him at this stage.

“Right now, the narrative is, ‘He has a bunch of kids.’ But I’m really at a place now where I don’t care what people know. I’d rather just operate. It’s more about really being a good person instead of telling people you’re a good person.”

“When you think about my lifestyle, I have to generate at least $100 million a year,” he continued. “Everybody thinks Ryan Seacrest has tons of money. I do everything that he does times 10. Well, not times 10 — times three. Because he does a lot.”

As for why he has so many children, Nick claimed that the women he shares his children with wanted to have kids, so he made them happy by fulfilling their wishes.

“A lot of them are in the same age group. And I just wanted to give them what they desired. I kept saying, “I can handle it.’”
