A woman claimed a man in the gym took her picture while she was working out.
Fitness influencer Julia who goes by the username @juliaapic on TikTok, posted a video on her account where she could be seen recording herself while working out. Suddenly a male gym-goer appeared behind Julia, who sneakily clicked her picture of her back and then showed it to his friend standing at some distance.
“Was filming a workout back in January when this happened,” she wrote on her now-deleted TikTok account.
According to Julia, she didn’t post the video immediately after it happened because “it was too sensitive at the time.”
“Genuinely curious what you guys think,” she added. The clip went viral on TikTok and amassed millions of views with thousands of comments.
According to the influencer, the unnamed man denied taking her picture, but it was quite evident from her clip that he did clip a picture on his phone while she was doing her glutes workout and recording herself in the mirror.
In the comment section, the majority agreed that the creepy guy did click her picture and said he should be reported and kicked out the gym immediately.
“He definitely took a picture and showed the other guy,” one wrote.
“1000% took a picture,” a second agreed.
“YEAH DEFINITELY DID!!” a third added.
“Looks like he took a picture. Sorry this happened to you. You must immediately report him and get him banned from the gym,” wrote another.
“Seeing your face just immediately drop made me so sad. I’m sorry that this is a reality,” someone wrote.
“We need all women gyms, that’s it enough with this creepy bullshit when will these men start behaving like decent human beings,” one woman exclaimed.
“All girls gym please, these creeps shouldn’t be allowed in workout spaces with females when they don’t know how to behave appropriately,” said someone else.
In a second video, Julia told her followers that she eventually spoke to the gym management and complained about the guy who got angry when he was confronted by the staff members and stormed out.
However, she said she wasn’t sure if the man showed up again at the gym because she herself didn’t return there.
