A source revealed that Pete Davidson is going to ‘Trauma Therapy’ because of Kanye West’s online harassment.
According to People, the Saturday Night Live star has been seeking therapy since April 2022 due to her now former girlfriend, Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband’s threatening messages.
“The attention and negativity coming from Kanye and his antics is a trigger for [Pete], and he’s had to seek out help,” the insider revealed.
The source also added that the comedian has no ill-will for her ex-girlfriend.
“Davidson has no regrets for dating Kim and wants it to be made very clear that she’s been nothing but supportive of him throughout their relationship.”
“Moving forward he just wants to focus on his career,” the insider adds of Davidson.”
The duo started dating in October 2021, nearly ten months after Kim’s split with ex-husband, Kanye West.
According to People, the major reason for their split was their ‘long-distance’ relationship.
“Long distance hasn’t been easy for Kim’ as Pete continued shooting Wizards! abroad.”
“Kim loved visiting Pete in Australia in July. They had been apart for several weeks, and they enjoyed a long weekend together. Pete is still filming but will be finished now in August. He has another project in the U.S. though, so he will continue to be busy.”

It has now been explained by an insider to E! News: “They have a lot of love and respect for each other, but found that the long distance and their demanding schedules made it really difficult to maintain a relationship.“
While Kim and Pete are splitting up, she is still settling the legal details of her divorce from Kanye West, with whom she shares four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
It has been two years since Kim filed for divorce, and Kanye’s fifth lawyer withdrew from the case this week.
According to Unilad, Kanye released a song with The Game in March. The video depicted Davidson in cartoon form “being abducted and thrown onto the back of a motorcycle.”

Following the graphic music video, Davidson shared in a since-deleted post text messages of his and the rapper’s heated exchange.

“Kim is literally the best mother I’ve ever met. What she does for those kids is amazing and you are so f***ing lucky that she’s your kids mom.”
“I’ve decided I’m not gonna let you treat us this way anymore and I’m done being quiet. Grow the f**k up.”
West responded: “Oh you using profanity now. Where are you right now?”
Davidson replied, “In bed with your wife.”
ELLE reported that In February, Kim also issued a statement on her Instagram and asked West to stop with his cheap tactics.
“Divorce is difficult enough on our children, and Kanye’s obsession with trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly is only causing further pain for all.”
“From the beginning, I have wanted nothing but a healthy and supportive co-parenting relationship because it is what is best for our children and it saddens me that Kanye continues to make it impossible every step of the way.”
