And people don’t only love him for his extraordinary acting skills, and killer looks; they adore this fantastic human being with a heart of gold.
Keanu is one of the most charitable celebrities in Hollywood, as he has donated millions of dollars to various charities over the years, and he’s also known for his random acts of kindness. For example, he once bought an expensive car and then gave it away to someone who needed it more than he did. He also frequently visits children’s hospitals and gives presents to the patients.

However, a longtime family friend of the actor once said that he’s embarrassed about all the money, so he keeps giving most of it to those who need it more than him.
The Matrix alum is also known to be extremely humble and down-to-earth. During one of his interviews, when Keanu was asked why he thinks he has been so successful in life. His answer was simple, “I just try to be a good person.”
And what an amazing person he is both on and off-screen. In 1994, Reeves appeared in Jan de Bont’s action thriller, Speed, alongside Sandra Bullock, one of his good friends to date.
According to Esquire, a year after the filming of the movie, Bullock admitted to Reeves that she had never tried or ever tasted champagne.
“Really?” the John Wick star asked Bullock.
“Nope, never had ’em,” she replied casually nit knowing what the sweetest guy ever would do after her confession.
A few days later, Keanu showed up at her friend Sandra Bullock’s doorstep on his motorcycle with truffles, champagne, and flowers in his hands.
“He said, ‘I just thought you might want to try Champagne and truffles to see what it’s like,'” the Hope Floats actress told Esquire.
“Bullock poured some Champagne, and they opened the truffles,” the publication wrote. “Keanu put his hands out, without a word, and Bullock painted his nails black, same as hers.”
The Ocean’s 8 star also admitted that despite the two never dating, she felt if they were a couple by any chance, she wouldn’t be able to get upset with him if they ever broke up.
“Keanu’s a guy who, I feel like, is friends with every woman he’s ever dated. I don’t think there’s anyone who has something horrible to say about him. So maybe we could have survived. I don’t know. But we didn’t have to survive anything,” she said.
“We just get to grow up together on parallel roads and tip our hats and meet for a dinner and try to work together. And the longer time goes on, the more in awe I am of the human being. Would I have been able to say that if he had dumped me and made me angry? Probably not.”
