1. Aries (March 21 – April 19)
Be more adaptive. Be more open to the idea of life not being a sprint. You have to be able to adjust your pace to those of other peoples’. You can’t keep on acting as if everyone is just going to keep on adjusting to you. That’s not how love works. You need to be able to take into consideration the pace that other people are going.
2. Taurus (April 20 – May 21)
Stop being so rigid and close-minded. As a Taurus, you have a tendency of always wanting to do things a certain way; and being intolerant of change and opposition. In a relationship, you are bound to have clashes with another person. And you need to learn how to handle these clashes constructively. You can’t just keep on going on as if you’re always right.
3. Gemini (May 22 – June 21)
Just focus. Stay still. Stop being so easily distracted. Pay better attention to the little nuances of your relationship. Pay attention to the details and take nothing for granted.
4. Cancer (June 22 – July 22)
Toughen up a little bit. Go beyond what you know. You can’t expect to find true love if you choose to stay within your comfort zone all the time. You need to be able to go on adventures. You need to expose yourself to more things. Remember that love can come from anywhere – even in the places that you least expect it. You just have to be brave enough to go out there and seek it.
5. Leo (July 23 – August 22)
Swallow your pride. That’s really the biggest hurdle to you finding love for yourself. You need to be able to suppress your ego and acknowledge the fact that you aren’t more or less valuable than the people who are around you.
6. Virgo (August 23 – September 22)
Stop obsessing over perfection all of the time. As a Virgo, you need to let go of this ridiculous idea about love always having to be perfect and flawless. A lot of what comprises real love is messy and complicated – and you’re going to have to be willing to wade through all of that filth to get to what you’re really looking for – love in its purest form.
7. Libra (September 23 – October 22)
Actually, just keep doing what you’re doing. You are a very social creature and you always know how to stay mindful of the feelings of the people around you. Just make sure that you don’t overexpose yourself to so many people to the point that you end up getting confused and misguided. Pick your spots. Channel all of your energy into those who are worth it.
8. Scorpio (October 23 – November 22)
Open yourself up more. You are never going to be able to find someone special if you keep closing yourself off to those who really care about you. Learn to make yourself more vulnerable to people. Love is always going to come with a sense of vulnerability. A reluctance to make yourself weak in love will result in you losing the trust of those around you.
9. Sagittarius (November 23 – December 21)
Commit. Focus. Stop running away. Stop going off to faraway places the moment that you get flustered. Learn to face your problems and your fears head on. Yes, you can still go on adventures in life. But don’t use these as an excuse to just run away from your commitments. All major relationships are going to require serious dedication – and you need to be able to prove yourself.
10. Capricorn (December 22 – January 20)
Understand that there is more to life that your dreams and your goals. Yes, it’s good to be ambitious. It really pays to be the kind of person who dreams big. But you also have to recognize that life shouldn’t be taken so seriously. You need to be able to devote some time to your relationships and leisurely activities. Don’t live to work; work to live. There is a difference.
11. Aquarius (January 21 – February 18)
Stop suppressing all of your feelings and emotions. Yes, you don’t necessarily know how to process or deal with them all too well. But that is never going to change if you keep on ignoring how you truly feel on the inside. You need to be able to come to terms with the fact that you’re an emotional creature. And you need to be able to address your feelings whenever they demand to be felt.
12. Pisces (February 19 – March 20)
Let go of your fantasies. Your life is not a Hollywood romcom. Your life isn’t a full-length romance novel. Your life is your life. It’s reality. You need to be able to let go of your fantastical notions of what love should look like; and you should be able to see love for what it really is. Because love isn’t always going to go the way that you expect it to – and that’s what makes it so magical.
