A woman said she sued her parents for having her without her permission.
Last year, TikTok user Kass Theaz who goes by the username @isatandstared revealed to her over 144K followers that she sued her parents for bringing her into this world without her consent.
In her viral clip, Theaz wrote that when she shared her first video online revealing that she was suing her parents, everyone who watched the video lost their minds. People started sending her death threats, calling her insane, and brutally criticizing her.
After receiving a massive backlash, Kass told her followers that her first video was just a ‘joke’ and she didn’t sue her parents. However, in reality, she did sue them, won the case, and received $5,000 a month from her parents.
The video received over 6 million views and hundreds of comments – while some of her followers found it funny, others trashed her for being a ‘crazy and selfish’ person.

“This can only happen in The US,” a second said.
“my parents had me without my permission and abused me. how do i go about suing,” someone asked.
“how much does one have to hate his/her/their parents to sue them for this…. I’ll never understand it,” a fourth added.
Lately, Kass, a self-described lesbian, has been receiving a lot of questions from her followers, who were confused over the fact that why she sued her parents when she has children of her own.
So, Theaz took to her TikTok again and explained how her case is different than her parents.’
“I mentioned in my last video that I went clothes shopping for my children, and a lot of people are shocked to hear that I have children considering I sued my parents for having me without my permission,” she said.
“So my parents that I sued. They contributed to, you know, conceiving me, and my mother that raised me, she gave birth to me. And that’s why I sued them, because I did not consent to being here, like, I was unaware that I was going to have to grow up and get a job to support myself,” she added.
Adding that her parents did not ask her if she wanted to be born and grow up to take a job to support herself, the TikToker said she did what she did for the right reasons.
“And I just didn’t consent to that. They didn’t try to contact me in any way before I was born to see if I actually wanted to be here, and that’s why I sued them.”
She further explained her scenario and revealed that her kids were adopted by her and not conceived, so this is an entirely different situation as she is only doing the right thing.
“It’s different when you adopt because it’s not my fault that they’re here. I’m just trying to be a good person and help them out. You know what I mean?” she said.
The clip amassed nearly 3 million views on TikTok, with over 20K people commenting on it, and half of them were again losing their minds in the comment section.

“I’m just not sure if she heard herself? the world has gone MAADDD,” said another.

What is wrong with our court system? How is this women allowed to raise children? She was not asked to be born or know she would have to work to survive, but she has adopted kids? Why does she have the right to raise children? As my Mom would say “I brought you into this world, I can take you out” If this was my kid, she would have disappeared or I would have cashed in every penny I had and left the country.
