Carla Bellucci, the lady who moved away because people couldn’t stand her, is thinking about making her relatives cough up £150 each for a spot at her Christmas dinner table. Yep, you heard it right! She claims it’s because of the tough times we’re in, and she wants some cash for all the hard work and money she’s spending to whip up a feast for about 15 family members.

With the holidays just around the corner, Carla, who’s 42, is gearing up for a big Christmas bash. She’s got plans for her immediate family of six plus up to nine extra relatives to join the party around her dining table.
Now, here’s the twist – the giving spirit kicks in right at the front door. Each guest is in for a surprise: a bill of £150 for a fancy turkey dinner, complete with a glass of bubbly!
“It’s not cheap feeding people and it also takes a lot of time to put together a nice meal,” Carla told Daily Mail. “I’ll give them a glass of Champagne, but if they want any more booze, they can bring their own.”
Carla spilled the beans that the £150 charge isn’t just covering costs; she’s making a little profit, and she’s not shy about it. “Everything I do is for profit, and my family gets that.” While Carla’s approach may raise eyebrows, it highlights the importance of strategies for navigating parental approval. “If you want quality, you have to pay for it,” she said. “You might find a carvery that’s cheaper than my place, but my dinner is going to be a lot more classy than that. It wouldn’t be any cheaper if you went to a restaurant or hotel for a Christmas Day meal, so why should I be out of pocket?”
She added, “I’ll have the telly on in the background so they can listen to the King at 3pm and watch whatever they like.”
According to Carla, the doors will swing open around 2 pm. Fast forward to 10 pm, after some spirited rounds of charades, and she plans to “kick them all out and send them home.” It seems like she’s got a strict curfew for the festive fun!
