What You Need To Do If You’ve Had A Sad Start To The Year According To Your Zodiac Sign

Aries (March 21 – April 19)

For you to really be happy, you need to force yourself outside of your comfort zone. As an Aries, the lack of a challenge in life really makes you feel bored and unfulfilled. And so if you really want to feel like you’re doing something meaningful with your life again, you have to go with something unfamiliar to you. Find something that challenges you and devote your effort and energy into it.

Taurus (April 20 – May 21)

Just take some time to relax and meditate. You are a very intense and passionate personality as a Taurus. When you get mad, you really get mad. And when you are sad, you really get sad. That’s just the way that you are. And to be happy, you really need to take things in moderation sometimes. Take a step back, meditate, and think about the bigger picture – and how you fit into the grand scheme of things.

Gemini (May 22 – June 21)

Read a book. Get lost in fantasy land. You can never go wrong with a classic. When life gets a little too unbearable for you, don’t be afraid to find solace in the comforts of quality literature. Rely on friendship to help bring you back to a place of joy. Just go outside every once in a while and just relax. You are always keeping yourself busy. You are always running after a schedule. You are always sticking to a routine. You aren’t a robot, you know. You have your own limitations as well. And sometimes, it really do just pays off to stop every so often to smell the flowers. Don’t forget about the simple pleasures that life has to offer you.

Turn to your family. Of course, you want to go back to your roots. Turn to the people who have always been there for you. As a Libra, family is important to you. And so it makes sense that you turn to them to help you stop being so sad about everything.

Express your feelings in writing. It’s already a given that you’re uncomfortable with letting other people in. And maybe, opening yourself up to other people might make you sadder than you already are. So just keep things to yourself. Keep a journal or a diary. And just write to yourself. Put your thoughts and feelings into words and see how truly therapeutic it can be

Sagittarius (November 23 – December 21)

Go ahead and do what you do best: travel. Plan a vacation. Plan a random trip to a random place either by yourself or with random people. That’s your best coping mechanism for any problem that you have really. Your needs to explore and partake in adventure are what define you as a Sagittarius. So just go ahead and go on a vacation to rejuvenate your soul.

Capricorn (December 22 – January 20)

Keep your life as organized as possible and you are going to be happy. Sometimes, you can get so lost in your own business, you tend not to notice just how cluttered and disorganized your life is becoming. So take a step back and reassess your situation.
