Finding true love in today’s age is really difficult despite the presence of numerous social media and dating apps.
A woman has revealed that she is offering $5000 to anyone who will find her a husband.
TikTok user Eve Tilly who has over 100K followers on the video-sharing platform, asked her followers to find her a man with whom she could get along and said if she married that man and walked down the aisle with him, she would pay $5000 to the person who had set her up with him.
The Blonde beauty, who went viral on TikTok last month after sharing a video asking her followers to find her a husband, shared her requirements and said initially she gave the offer to her boss and her friends. But now she has opened it up to the general public.
“A while ago, I told my friends I’d pay them $5,000 if they introduce me to my husband,” the 35-year-old corporate litigation attorney from Los Angeles told The New York Post. “And I figured, why not open the offer up to TikTok?”
In June, she shared her matchmaking call-to-action on TikTok and asked her followers to help her in her quest,
“So the offer is if you introduce me to my husband and I marry him, I will give you $5,000 dollars,” Eve said in her video.
“I don’t have to stay married to him for long, I can get divorced from him in 20 years, it doesn’t matter, but if you introduce to me a man that I walk down the aisle and get married to, I will give you $5,000.”
She even shared her requirements for a future husband and told her followers the guy should be between the age of 27 to 40, at least 6 feet tall, have a good sense of humor, should like sports, and have the ability to make her laugh.
As for her religious and political preference for the guy, Eve said she has none.
She also added that her future beau should have the same vibe as Chuck Bass from Gossip Girl or Matthew McConaughey.
“I haven’t gone on any dates yet,” Tilley-Coulson told The Post. “But people are definitely motivated to help.”
“I’ve been single for about five years now, meeting people in person and on the apps,” she explained. “But since COVID, there’s been a weird shift in dating culture — guys don’t approach you in person, and most of the men on apps aren’t swiping to seriously date.”
“So I feel like paying $5,000 for a husband who’s vouched for, meets my needs, and is ready for a real relationship is totally worth it,” she laughed.
In the comment section on TikTok, while some viewers claimed that they were excited to find Eve, a husband, others criticized her for being desperate.
“This is genius! But no one I know, knows any quality single men, and it’s been that way for years!” one wrote.
“i’m about to introduce u to every man i can find,” a second said.
“I tell my friends that if they introduce me to my future wife, there’ll be a finders fee of 10% of whatever we spend on the wedding,” one guy wrote.
“This is like a recruiter referral fee. I love it,” said another.
“I would also be willing to make that bet. But it would be to prove that people don’t have a clue what they’re doing when it comes to relationships,” commented another.

Why not just ask God to supply you a partner? Ok I suppose it takes a little bit of Faith, but what’s the harm as you’re obviously not having very good luck to pay someone $5000. I am only telling you what I did in 2016 and God supplied me with 2 Christian women later that day from a dating app I had used. 1 had just changed her profile to totally Christian and this was not a Christian dating site. Her Grandmother told her to be herself and that day she responded to me from a note I dropped her 3 weeks earlier. I was totally confounded on which woman he picked, so I also told God if I was attracted to one and he made it clear and simple (because I’m not very smart) I would marry her. He made one misinterpret something I said that night and she dropped off radar, only to call me a few weeks later and apologize. However, I was already dating the second girl and we got married 6 months later. Today we have a 4yr old (Faith) and his choice was so much better than anything I could have thought of. Give God a chance, he might just surprise you
