Woman Reveals the ‘Bold Sentence’ She Tells Men on Dates That Makes Them Want to Marry Her Instantly

A single woman, known as Marina Neuman or @marinainmiami on TikTok, has shared the unconventional statement she uses after a first date to make men ‘want to marry her’.

Marina, who is actively seeking love and marriage, doesn’t explicitly convey her intentions to her dates. Instead, she boldly tells men she likes that she’ll ‘never marry them’. Interestingly, she has noticed that, contrary to expectations, the men become more interested and eager after hearing this statement than they were at the beginning of the date.

The 26-year-old woman from Miami adopted this unconventional approach after gaining inspiration from the Netflix documentary ‘Pamela, a Love Story,’ featuring Pamela Anderson.

“In a documentary, Pamela Anderson said that if you want to guarantee you’re going to marry somebody, tell them that you’ll never marry them and you’ll be married in six months,” said Marina in a now-viral TikTok video.

“She’s onto something there because over the last two months I’ve gone on several dates where there just wasn’t anything there. So I just took a page out of How to Lose a Man in 10 days and I tell the guys, “You’re lovely, I’ve had a great time, but I’m really just looking to date for marriage at this point and I don’t see this becoming something serious.’”

She elaborated, expressing surprise that one might expect most guys to start ‘running for the hills’ after such a statement, but according to Marina, this is not the case.

According to Marina, the act of rejection seems to trigger something in their minds. She suggested that the reverse psychology actually motivates them to ‘try harder than ever’ to win her over.

In recounting a specific date, she mentioned that a man once told her he had no plans of getting married. In response, Marina asserted, “I’m somebody’s wife, and they’re going to know I’m their wife” in the future.

“I’m not in the business of changing a man’s mind. This man told me how he’s really been thinking about how he thinks he would want a family in five years. I just told you I’m somebody’s wife,” she said.

The video has garnered over 1.3 million views, with many expressing agreement with her perspective while others shared light-hearted jokes.

“They can’t stand hearing they’re not qualified for the job,” one person commented.

“Men love a challenge,” said another.

“I love how this isn’t manipulation it’s literally just honesty but then they manipulate themselves,” a third viewer wrote.

Some viewers shared their own experiences, stating they have been proposed to multiple times and ended up getting married sooner than expected.

One woman shared, “Truth. Told husband to date other people. We got married five months later.”

Another person mentioned, “I’ve always known I didn’t want marriage or children. I’ve always let guys know. I’ve been proposed to five times.”

Speaking to Daily Mail, Marina emphasized the importance of her future husband recognizing her value right from the beginning. She also expressed a hope that other women will grasp and appreciate their own worth.

“I believe it’s so important for women to never be afraid to walk away from anyone who doesn’t value them,” she said.
