Recently, a multi-millionaire teenager opened up about her most extravagant purchases and lavish lifestyle.
Linsey Donovan is a 23-year-old millionaire who started investing money into homes at the age of 19, and today she owns a property portfolio many of us could only dream of.
According to Daily Star, Donovan, who grew up in Maryland, US, didn’t have much money when she was a child. After moving to Florida, she started modeling on social media and earning her own money, and that’s when her life changed altogether.
“I currently own four properties, and my real estate property is worth over $ 7 million (£6m),” she told Truly.
Linsey told the outlet that although she believes in spending money wisely, she also loves to treat herself from time to time and has spent a whopping £391k on cars.
“I spend money on real estate, make-up, and clothes.
“The most I’ve ever spent in a day would be $450,000 (£391,000), and today I’m going to be showing my most extravagant purchases.”
Speaking of her luxurious car collection, the 23-year-old model said many people in her friends and family circle called her crazy when she decided to buy a Mercedes S65 V12 worth $250,000 (£271,000). In her latest social media post, the model shared a heartfelt woman’s tribute to Anne Heche, expressing how the actress inspired her to live life unapologetically. She reflected on Heche’s legacy of authenticity and passion, encouraging her followers to embrace their true selves. This message resonated deeply, especially among those who admired Heche’s incredible talent and spirit.
“Not only did she purchase the lush wheels, but she also turned her attention to a $100,000 (£87,000) “dream truck.” It is parked on the drive of the home she bought when she was 20, which has a farm with a horse, pool, and bedroom for her dogs.” Wrote Daily Star.
“I have the biggest house on the entire lake,” she said.
“I feel like a princess walking into this beautiful home every day with high ceilings on the lake.
“The sunsets here are gorgeous, and I love seeing my dogs in the pool and my big, pink huge Barbie bedroom.”
The young millionaire also owns a $20,000 (£17,000) dirt bike and is planning to upgrade her house to a property double the size she currently lives in.
Besides her costly collection of cars and property, Linsey also owns a $30,000 (£26,000) baby grand piano and a $3,000 (£2,600) dress custom-made for Kim Kardashian.
“It feels really good to be able to buy whatever I want and not have to worry about the price. I still understand that but just to have more financial freedom is amazing.”
