A surgery fanatic who boasts the world’s biggest lips record now sets herself a new goal.
Andrea Ivanova from Sofia, Bulgaria, first made headlines in 2020 after revealing that she had spent £8,000 to quadruple the size of her lips in a bid to have the biggest pout in the world.
As reported by the Daily Mail, “Andrea, who began her transformation in 2018, forks out around £135 for each treatment but admitted she has lost count of how much she has spent over the years.”
“The philosophy student added that while she probably has one of the biggest pouts in the world, she’ll continue to have more fillers until she’s satisfied with her lips.”
Talking about her transformation in 2020, Andrea said,
“I like my new lips a lot, it was hard to eat after the injection and two to three days after the procedure gets more difficult.”
“I feel great to have even more but some doctors think it’s enough, though I still want them bigger. My doctor said he will do more injections for me but said I have to wait for at least two months.”
Adding that she thought her new lips were lovely and she really liked her new look, Andrea said she wanted to set a new record.
Recently, the 25-year-old influencer revealed that she wants to set a brand-new record by getting the world’s biggest cheekbones.
“I want in addition to the biggest lips in the world, to have some of the biggest cheekbones too,” she said on Instagram.
“I’ve had four hyaluronic acid injections in my cheekbones so far, but I will undergo two more within the week. For the healing process, I need to avoid strong pressure on the face for up to three days afterwards.”
The model continued, “My aim is to model and gain significant enlargement of them, but of course, I still want bigger lips, too. I will continue with more injections in [both] to make them even bigger.”
So far, Andrea has received over 34 injections to enhance her looks, especially her lips, and she still wants more.
According to Daily Mail, Andrea’s doctors warned her that more lip fillers could be fatal.
“She claims several clinics ‘refuse’ to give her more lip fillers, as they are too big and more injections could cause health complications.”
“Previously, doctors warned her to pay attention to any pain in her mouth, as future procedures could be potentially ‘fatal.’”
But Andrea is not going to stop her quest and still wants to get more fillers to make her lips look even bigger than they already are.
“My lips are still not big enough and I want them much bigger than now. Every month, I will get more fillers, but I can’t even count how much money I’ve spent in total.”
As for her cheekbones, the Bulgarian native has spent nearly £1,600 on different procedures to make them more and more prominent and says she is content with her looks.
“There are many negative comments about me everywhere and a lot of people don’t approve of my new enlarged chin either,” said Andrea.
“My face is sharper now, but I like it a lot. Even though my family doesn’t approve of my new look, they have to respect my choice for my change.”
She further said that she does not care what people say about her now.
“I don’t worry about people’s comments, as I have my own taste and views on beauty – I follow them strictly. Each person should satisfy themselves without fearing or worrying about the opinion of others because the meaning of life is to be happy.”

She is totally crazy. One of these days she won’t be able to eat at all and she will be wondering why. She doesn’t need to have bigger lips.
