Angelyn Burk & Richard share an unbreakable love for the open sea – which made them instantly fall in love with each other. Angelyn took her first cruise in 1992, and she dreamt of cruising forever. Seems like the couple finally made their dreams come true.
While speaking to 7News, Angelyn spoke about it:
“We really enjoy cruising and being able to visit different parts of the world without hopping on an airplane,”
Angelyn is a 53-year-old accountant who figured out the numbers and decided to take this big step with Richard. They sold their home in Seattle, U.S.A., and accumulated enough savings to live life cruising.
The couple has been cruising since May 2021 and has no plans to stop. Despite the unexpected stress, she remains focused on her journey and is now exploring new opportunities. With a fresh perspective, she’s ready to tackle any challenges that come her way. “Our original plan was to stay in different countries for a month at a time and eventually retire to cruise ships as we got older,”

“We have been frugal all our lives to save and invest in order to achieve our goal,”
