Mika Abdalla and Stephen Kalyn knocked on a door and gave Off Campus fans a date. In an Instagram video posted November 5, the two confirmed that season two of the Prime Video hockey romance premieres April 28, 2027.

Mika Abdalla and Stephen Kalyn Confirm Season 2 Premiere Date

Kalyn, who plays hockey star Dean Di Laurentis, answers the knock and asks the camera if anyone missed them. Abdalla, back as theater student Allie Hayes, delivers the actual news. “Dean and Allie are officially back for Season 2,” she says, according to Bustle. The door shuts. The premiere date is on the sign.

Mika Abdalla and Stephen Kalyn announced the Off Campus Season 2 release date in a video.

Season one premiered on May 13, 2026. Bustle pointed out that the gap between seasons comes in under a year, which is quicker than most streaming shows manage.

The New Season Focuses on Allie and Dean’s Romance

Season one ended on a blowout fight. E! Online reported that a love triangle between Allie, Dean and fellow hockey player Hunter Davenport, played by Charlie Evans, came to a head in the finale. Evans returns for season two. Bustle described Hunter as a major thorn in Allie and Dean’s relationship.

Dean and Allie started as friends with benefits. Now they carry the show. Hannah Wells (Ella Bright) and Garrett Graham (Belmont Cameli) led season one, and Allie is Hannah’s best friend, so the handoff stays inside the same circle of people.

Season two adapts The Score, the third book in Elle Kennedy’s Off Campus series. Bustle noted the novel pairs a secret fling turning into a relationship with some heavy life events.

Allie and Dean’s story runs on a secret fling, and secret flings have rules. Nobody says what it is, and both people act like the arrangement is simpler than it is. The pair already tried casual, and it ended with a third person in the room and a fight. Season two has to show what happens when two people stop calling it nothing.

Showrunner Promises Exciting Relationship Developments

Louisa Levy made the call to skip ahead. In Kennedy’s books, Logan and Grace come second, in The Mistake. Levy told Variety in May that she wanted viewers to know who they would be tuning in for next. Allie felt organic, she said, because Dean was already there and the book keeps their romance a secret.

She also admitted some things would work differently because of the timing. Then she made a promise. “There’s still a lot of road with those two,” Levy told Variety, as quoted by E! Online.

Hannah and Garrett are not going anywhere. Levy said in her May statement that they remain part of the ensemble.

Logan and Grace Get Their Story as Levy Eyes the Wider Briar U World

John Logan, played by Antonio Cipriano, gets his own story this season. India Fowler joins as Grace Ivers, his future love interest. Cipriano told Bustle the two clicked instantly, bonding over a dinner where they talked about life rather than work. He described them both as a little anxious and a little silly.

Prime Video has not said how the episodes will drop. Season one arrived all at once. Bustle reported that some fans hope for a weekly rollout, the way The Summer I Turned Pretty switched after its first season.

Levy has also hinted at a wider world. She told Bustle that bringing in Hunter, who has his own Briar U book, was a nod to fans that the show is looking at the whole universe. She did not say where that leads.

Mika Abdalla and Kalyn have a date on a door and a couple that ended season one mid-fight. April 28 is when everyone finds out whether Allie and Dean say it out loud.
