This Is Why Some People Just Can’t Seem To Find Love

If you’ve been unlucky in love despite having many attempts at it, then it might be time for you to just take a long hard look at yourself.

We all want love in our lives. We all want to make sure that we all eventually end up with someone who is going to take care of us as we grow old. We all want to make sure that we eventually find happiness in someone who is going to be able to offer us a sense of safety and security about our relationships. But that isn’t always going to be easy. Love and relationships aren’t always going to be so simple.

As human beings, we are all inherently complex creatures. We are all equipped with our own distinct personalities and characteristics. We all have our own very unique traits and we carry them with us our whole lives. Our personalities help define our tastes and preferences. And they aren’t always going to be the same as the people we interact with. Just because we like a particular person doesn’t always guarantee that they are going to like us in return.

Sometimes, it’s just not going to be a match. No matter how hard you try or how charming you might be, it’s not always going to work out. And even though that’s unfortunate, it’s just the nature of love. It happens. You aren’t always going to get what you want and you just have to learn to deal with it and move on in your life. You have to learn to accept that you aren’t always going to get what you want out of love.

But that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t stop trying to be better. You never know when you might be shooting yourself in your own foot with love and relationships. There are so many people out there who enter relationships that are doomed, to begin with just because they have the wrong mindsets right when they are going into it. You have to make sure that you aren’t guilty of that. You have to make sure that you are doing most things right so that you have better chances of making love work.

At the end of the day, that’s all you can really do anyway. You just have to be putting your best foot forward and you have to hope that it’s enough. Love isn’t always going to be a guarantee or a certainty. You are always going to have to be willing to take a chance on it. It’s a risk that you have to be willing to take. But if things work out for you, then it will all have been worth it.

If you notice that you have been unlucky in love lately, then maybe you should reconsider changing your approach to it. Here are a few reasons as to why you might not be finding much success in love despite your best intentions:

1. You romanticize the relationship.

You have to make sure that you don’t romanticize whatever relationship that you’re in. That’s the quickest way for you to delude yourself about the real state of your romance. You must always be willing to take your relationship at face value and come to terms with what it really is.

2. You don’t have a sense of self-respect.

You must always be respecting yourself if you want other people to respect you. You are never going to be treated the way that you deserve to be treated if you just continually tolerate terrible behavior from the people that you’re with.

3. You have a tendency to violate the private space of other people.

Just because you get into a relationship with someone doesn’t mean that you are entitled to violating that person’s privacy. You must always be respectful of another person’s boundaries. You must always make sure that you never violate someone else’s individuality.

4. You don’t show a willingness to forgive.

Forgiveness is always going to be key to making relationships work. Keep in mind that in love, nothing is ever going to be perfect. Your partners are going to screw up every once in a while. And whenever that happens, you have to make sure that you don’t hold a grudge.

5. You are just plainly not ready for a relationship.

Sometimes, you might just not be ready for a relationship. You might have other things in life that still require most of your attention. You might still need to grow and mature as an individual before you can actually be ready to welcome love into your life.

6. You are too fixated on your own life.

And lastly, you are just far too selfish and self-centered. You are too fixated on your own needs in life that you fail to accommodate the needs of the people you supposedly fall in love with.
