Throughout her acting career, Sarandon has not only earned a reputation for herself as a successful actress but she is also known for her bold attitude and fearless fashion choice.

During one red carpet event, Susan was wearing a white jacket with a black bra and gained the attention of many. One of the journalists at the event commented on her attire and called it ‘inappropriate.’
However, instead of defending herself for her fearless and revealing outfit, Susan told the media person that ‘it was none of their business.’
The next day, Susan surprised everyone by sharing a vintage photo of herself wearing underwear and proudly displaying her figure – as a fitting response to her haters.
“When your sense of time has an ending and isn’t finite, like how it feels when you’re young – when you have an understanding that time is precious – you have a tendency not to waste energy on the small stuff and only to surround yourself with people who are vital, curious, brave and adventurous,” she told Harper’s Bazaar in an interview in 2019.
The Enchanted star said that she only believes in surrounding herself with people who contribute to her growth and well-being professionally and personally because it is very important to take care of your mind and positive thoughts.
“You just don’t suffer fools lightly anymore. People who don’t contribute to a healthy, fun, and adventurous life… well, there’s no reason to waste your time on them and you definitely appreciate that when you reach your 70s.”
In 2020, the Atlantic City alum discussed her secrets of aging gracefully with PEOPLE and said she takes good care of not only her physical health but also values her mental health, and for that, it is necessary to surround yourself with good and positive people.
“If you want to age gracefully, you don’t smoke cigarettes and probably laugh a lot, and get the normal amount of exercise, and eat well and stay out of the sun would be the main things,” she said. “As is having an amazing makeup and hair team, that’s really the secret.”
