The Victoria’s Secret Supermodel is reportedly upset with his musician husband after several women claimed to receive inappropriate text messages from the latter.
Two weeks ago, a 23-year-old Instagram model and influencer revealed that the pop singer had an affair with her.
Sumner Stroh posted a story on her Instagram account and linked a TikTok video where she accused the pop star of cheating.
In her video, the Texas native explained that the 43-year-old singer manipulated her and took advantage of her naivety.
“Essentially, I was having an affair with a man who is married to a Victoria’s Secret supermodel,” she said while referring to Adam’s wife, Behati.
The model did not explain her relationship with the singer in detail; however, she shared his messages with her 385,000 followers on TikTok.
“It is unreal how f***ing hot you are. Like it blows my mind,” the Payphone singer wrote in one his DMs.
“You are 50 times hotter in person,” he added.
Stroh added that she and Levine were ‘seeing each other for about a year’ and then lost contact.
According to Stroh, the singer contacted her again after a few months and asked the most shocking and bizarre question one could only imagine.
“Ok serious question. I’m having another baby and if it’s [a] boy I really wanna name it Sumner. You ok with that? DEAD serious,” the musician asked his ex-girlfriend in an Instagram message.
Following her accusations, Adam, 43, released a statement on his Instagram and denied the affair allegations.
A lot is being said about me right now and I want to clear the air. I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner,” he wrote.
“I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life. In certain instances it became inappropriate. I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family.”
“My wife and my family is all I care about in this world.” The singer continued. “To be this naïve and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make. I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it, and we will get through it together.”
However, four more women later raised their voices and accused the musician of sending them flirtatious messages and initiating inappropriate conversations on Instagram.
According to PEOPLE, Levine’s wife of ten years, Behati is ‘very upset’ over the cheating claims.
“He admitted that he went behind her back and had been inappropriate. He admitted that he acted like an idiot. She is still very upset but 100 percent committed to her family,” a source close to Prinsloo told the outlet.
“Adam is very understanding about her feelings,” the source added. “He is trying his best to make things better. He never wants a divorce.”
A different source said that the singer knew he was at fault.
“Every marriage has its challenges, but Adam knows this was his mistake. He is committed to Behati and wants to make things work.”
Levine and Prinsloo started dating in May 2012, and within a year, despite having a tumultuous relationship, the couple announced their engagement.
The couple welcomed their first daughter Dusty Rose in 2016, while Gio Grace was born in 2018 – “We want, like, a lot. At least [five],” Levine told Ellen. “Maroon 5. We have to have a band of children.”
In September 2022, PEOPLE reported that they were ready to welcome their third child.
“On Monday, Levine and Prinsloo stepped out for lunch in Santa Barbara, where the mom-to-be showed off her baby bump in a silk floral dress.”
