TikToker Jessica Micheal and her bestie Luree West are the real-life Thelma and Louise because of their unusually tight bond. Even online, the pals share that they grew closer after becoming married to the same man. Despite the man’s absence, his ex-wives live their best lives together, co-parenting and living with all eight of their children.
After eight years of co-parenting as mom and stepmom together, they became close.
During a TikTok Jessi shared on December 30, the two explained that Lureewest has five kids and she has three, and five of their kids have the same dad.
It’s when you’re best friends with the other mama, rather than hating each other in another video. “Co-parenting win.”
Their kids’ dad is no longer in the picture.
She explained in a video from December 22 that they decided to raise their children together anyway.
On December 25, Jessi shared that her journey from jilted partner to living with her ex’s ex wasn’t always easy to imagine.
“When he left our kids and me almost a year ago, he probably thinks I’m miserable,” she wrote in the video’s text.
“You roommate and co-parent with his other ex-wife and kids, who he also walked out on,” she wrote.
“He created a family; he just isn’t in it,” she joked.
Of course, there’s tons of fun and laughs, but they also know how to discipline and care for each other’s kids.
Jessi said she met her stepsons when they were 2, 3, and 4 years old.
“I was their other mom,” she said in a video she made. “I haven’t seen their dad in a year, but I’m still raising them with their mom. They’re mine. I’m theirs.”
The moms allow their kids, some of whom are half-siblings, to be raised together – which is definitely a gift.
In one of Jessi’s videos, one commenter wrote, “When your kids grow up with their siblings, you will be forever grateful.”
