Surprisingly enough, most people don’t know Jackie Sandler, let alone be Adam’s wife for more than 22 years now! She, in all aspects, is an incredible wife and mother. She hails from Coral Springs, Florida. She graduated from Stoneman Douglas High School and started her career as a model.
Jackie has been around almost as long as Adam has on the big screen; she is usually seen in spontaneous roles in most of his movies, making this even more romantic. The couple has maintained an intense romance that has lasted over a decade and continues to grow.

It all started in 1999
After a few successful modeling gigs, Jackie got her first role in “Deuce Bigalow,” starring Rob Schneider. Little did she know, this small role would lead to bigger and better pastures. Rob Schneider, a close friend of Adam Sandler, introduced Jackie to Adam. Mr. Sandler was so impressed by her personality that he gave her a role in his movie “Big Daddy.” This small role is what changed both of their lives forever as the two started dating.
Wedding Bells Ring
After a few years of dating and being in countless movies together, the couple married in 2003. Since then, they have welcomed two beautiful daughters Sadie and Sunny.
Adam Sandler on Being a Parent
While speaking to HuffPost, Adam Sandler spoke about how parenthood changes you for the better:
“You’re always nervous because you want your kid to be happy. Now, I understand why my folks were always saying, ‘Be nice and be safe. Make sure everyone in the family is OK. That’s the most important thing. Making sure everyone in the family is OK is the most important thing. If the family hurts then you hurt.”
Jackie is Adam’s Backbone
Adam Sandler starred in a very different role for Netflix in 2019 – Uncut Gems. The movie is incredible and received critical acclaim for being Adam Sandler’s most serious and cut-throat role to date. But being such a different role for him, Adam wasn’t sure it was the right move for his career. While speaking to Ellen about deciding whether to take this role or not, he spoke about how his wife made this decision for him:
“I read it, I loved the movie, but I was scared to do it. Then I asked Jackie to read it. We do this together, me and Jackie, we discuss what I’m going to do, and she gives me strength and courage to jump into this stuff.”
A Romance for The Ages
This Hollywood couple proves that love can overcome anything, especially the burden of being an actor and having all of that fame. Adam Sandler is a humble human being, and it isn’t hard to see how he stays that way. His family is tight-knit, his wife shares an unbreakable bond with him, which empowers him to keep pushing boundaries and being the best he can be for his family. Unlike many negative stories related to fame and glory, this one is down-to-earth and relatable for most.
