According to a leaked FBI report obtained by Puck and Rolling Stone, the Salt actress claimed that her ex-husband Brad Pitt assaulted her on one of their flights on their private jet and told her that one of her kids looked like a ‘****ing Columbine’ and blamed her for ‘ruining the family.’
Daily Mail wrote that the Fight Club actor also had a furious argument with her son Maddox, ‘During the allegedly drunken rage that turned into a ‘verbal and physical fight’ between the A-list actors, the leaked document claimed.’
‘Meanwhile, the bureau’s findings, which have not been released in full, suggested he made multiple menaces to her and their six children while onboard the flight from France to LAX on September 14, 2016.’
“It was the same flight where Jolie allegedly sustained injuries from a physical altercation and gave an agent ‘a photo of her elbow in an attempt to corroborate this.’ Meanwhile, Pitt denies all of his ex-wife’s claims.”
In September 2016, Jolie said that Brad, who had ‘drinking problems’ back then, ‘took her to the restroom, where he grabbed her by the head and shook her by the shoulders’ while they argued over one of their kids.
She also accused Pitt of punching the plane’s ceiling four times after telling her, ‘You’re f—ing up this family.’ She further claimed that when the kids asked, ‘Are you OK, Mommy?’ Brad shouted at them and said, ‘No, she’s not OK, she’s ruining this family, she’s crazy.’
According to Page Six, “At this point, one of the kids — whose name was redacted from the report — yelled, “It’s not her, it’s you, you p—k!,” according to the report. Pitt then allegedly ran toward the child, but Jolie held him back, suffering injuries to her back and elbow in the process.”
After investigating the matter, the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services concluded that the Troy actor did not abuse any of his kids. The FBI also cleared his name and said he didn’t assault anyone.
In April 2022, Jolie filed a lawsuit against the FBI for clearing his name in the 2016 Flight Assault Case.
“An anonymous call was made to the authorities, which triggered the FBI investigation, which closed on November 22, 2016, with no charges of wrongdoing. Days later, Jolie filed for divorce.” Page Six wrote.
“Now a woman identified as Jane Doe — strongly suspected to be Jolie — is suing the FBI for information regarding its investigation into an incident of alleged domestic violence on a private jet years ago that matches the description of the incident that led to Jolie’s split from Pitt.” The outlet reported in April 2022.
Brad and Jolie have been legally separated since 2019, and despite their initial agreement to co-parent the children, the two have been involved in a legal fight for the custody of their minor kids.
CNN reported that a source close to the Bullet Train actor said, “All parties have had this information for nearly six years and was used in previous legal proceedings. There is nothing new here and serves no purpose other than being a media stunt meant to inflict pain.”
Us Weekly reported that another insider claimed that on several occasions, Brad has stated that Angelina just wants to drag on their legal battle until their kids turn eighteen.
“He is said to believe Jolie is plotting for the children to ‘want nothing to do with’ their father as adults – but per the source: ‘Brad will not give up the fight.”
