After her former love interest and ex-husband, Kevin Federline stated that Britany Spears hadn’t met her sons in ages, the Toxic singer shared a long and detailed post on her Instagram where she called out Federline for making the matter ‘public.’
In her now-deleted post, Britany criticized Kevin for stating that she had not been a good mother and didn’t stay in touch with her boys.
“It’s hard for me to let go of things I truly love… like my kid. The situation should have 100 percent been dealt with privately and definitely not online!!!” Spears wrote.
The 40-years-old Gimme More singer shared that Kevin’s second wife and her boys’ step-mom doesn’t like her, and she and Kevin have corrupted her sons’ minds.
“I looked forward to seeing my kids every week.. It was 2 days a week but I asked him to ask to stay for more days, maybe 3 days, but then the next week they stayed for only one day.” She continued.
Yeah, I know that teenagers are just hard to deal with at that age but COMEON, there’s being rude then there’s being HATEFUL… they would visit me, walk in the door, go straight to their room and lock the door!!!”
She further added that Kevin and his wife Victoria are responsible for her son’s indifference towards their biological mother.
“I called their dad and told him that it seems like the boys are wanting to stop coming here as much, which I get because they have their own thing going on but I feel like they are being pretty harsh!!!”
After her public statement, Kevin posted a series of videos online and her Spears to stop with her lies.
In the videos, Britany was seen harshly arguing with her boys.
According to VT, in one video, she argued with one of her boys over skincare, “This is my house if I wanna come in here and give you lotion for your face because it is coarse, and all you tell me is ‘it’s fine, it’s fine’. No, it’s not fine.”
“You better all start respecting me, are we clear? You all need to start treating me like a woman with worth. I am a woman, ok? Be nice to me. Do you understand?”
In another clip, she admonished her son Sean Preston Federline for not wearing footwear to an ice cream shop and threatened to confiscate his mobile.
“Have you lost your f****** mind? I do care but I’m shocked as f*** with you. I don’t know what to do. And I’m shocked with you because you’re weird and going through puberty. I don’t know what to say.”
“But I do care more than you know. Sometimes I just don’t know what to say with you,” she said, before Sean, responded: “My phone is going to be taken away, you know what Jayden? Mom decided to take it away for not wearing shoes.”
While he shared the video clips on his Instagram, Kevin also added a caption note saying,
“I cannot sit back and let my sons be accused in this way after what they’ve been through. As much as it hurts us, we decided as a family to post these videos.”
“This isn’t even the worst of it. The lies have to stop. I hope our kids grow up to be better than this.”
The videos have now been deleted.
