Kourtney Kardashian slammed the wild rumors about her son Mason Disick secretly becoming a father.
Yesterday, the 45-year-old socialite took to her Instagram story to shut down the speculation making rounds on social media. Fans had been claiming that her 15-year-old son quietly welcomed a baby girl named Piper last year, but Kourtney has made it clear that there is no truth to it.
“I rarely address rumors or conspiracies regarding myself or my family, but this is about my child, and it feels wrong to let anyone think for a second that these lies are remotely true. They are not,” the mother-of-four wrote.
“Mason does not have a child. These accounts that pretend to be him are definitely not. They are FAKE.
Kourtney, who shares Penelope, 12, and Reign, 10, with Scott Disick, along with her 15-month-old son Rocky Barker with husband Travis Barker, also pointed out that Mason has mostly stayed out of the public eye.
“My son really values his privacy, and I am asking all media to please be respectful: he is a kid with feelings and a beautiful life ahead of him,” she continued, “Please stop spreading false narratives and spinning lies.”
“And to all the other people making videos about my kids (who, by the way, are minors), please stop and leave them alone,” the reality star concluded.
Her post comes after shocking rumors surfaced on social media, claiming that she and ex Scott Disick’s teenage son had secretly become a father.
The buzz intensified when a social media account, allegedly Mason’s ‘secret Instagram,’ shared photos of a baby girl and claimed in later posts that her name was Piper and she was his daughter.
Posts from the accounts ‘masonddsh’ and ‘masonsecrety’ were shared on Reddit. In one of the posts, a fan asked for a “Pic of Piper,” and the account responded by sharing two photos of a baby.
When a follower asked, “Did you have a baby?” they got the response, “yea I did.”
A user commented, “They didn’t kick you out when you had Piper,” to which the account replied, “Piper doesn’t count. I was forced to do that, so it’s not my fault she was created.”
Another post read, “Who is Piper?” to which the account replied, “Failed protection.”
In a separate post, the account claimed, “I see Piper sometimes.” Meanwhile, a follower commented, “She honestly looks so much like you when you were a baby.”
The account responded, “For real, I know. The older she gets, the more she looks like me.”
Redditors pointed out that the original post containing the screenshots had been deleted. One user commented, “I saw it too!!! It was crazy because he was saying he was forced and that it was failed protection.”
While a second wrote, “I wouldn’t put it past the Kardashians to pull every string possible to wipe it off the internet. Mason getting someone pregnant at 13? The scandal. They would never admit it. Poor child.”
Mason moved in with his father two years ago. Disick previously shared on Khloe Kardashian’s podcast that he gives his son dating advice.
“Recently, he’s started to take an interest in girls. And obviously, girls like him too.” He added that he told Mason, “You can do whatever you want, but just don’t lie or manipulate any girls.”
“If a girl says she wants to do something with you, like hook up or whatever, and she knows you’re not in a relationship, don’t pretend you are just to get something from her.”
Disick explained, “And he’s like, ‘No, I know, I get it.'” He added that when he hears Mason on the phone, he says things like, “‘We can, but we’re friends,'” making it clear where he stands. “That’s where it gets messed up,” he noted.
Eventually, he told Mason that he can do “whatever” he wants, as long as he’s “honest.”
