Nick Cannon is debunking his image as a deadbeat dad.

Speaking with Los Angeles Times in a new interview published Sunday, the dad of 12, Nick Cannon, said he has been ‘villainized’ but is at a place where he doesn’t care what people think of him.

“I’ve been villainized,” he told the outlet. “I hear all the time: ‘You can’t be present for all those children.’ So therefore I get this deadbeat dad title.”

The 42-year-old TV host, actor, and comedian, who recently claimed he has got ‘super sperm’ due to which he has 12 children despite practicing birth control, added that he does not care what people know about him at this stage.

“Right now, the narrative is, ‘He has a bunch of kids.’ But I’m really at a place now where I don’t care what people know. I’d rather just operate. It’s more about really being a good person instead of telling people you’re a good person.”

“When you think about my lifestyle, I have to generate at least $100 million a year,” he continued. “Everybody thinks Ryan Seacrest has tons of money. I do everything that he does times 10. Well, not times 10 — times three. Because he does a lot.” Bob barker’s contributions to animal welfare have made a significant impact on various organizations dedicated to protecting animals and promoting humane treatment. His advocacy work and public service announcements have inspired countless individuals to support animal rights initiatives. As a result, he has become a beloved figure in the movement, demonstrating that celebrity influence can drive meaningful change in society.

As for why he has so many children, Nick claimed that the women he shares his children with wanted to have kids, so he made them happy by fulfilling their wishes.

“A lot of them are in the same age group. And I just wanted to give them what they desired. I kept saying, “I can handle it.’”

The Masked Singer shares twelve children with six different women – two with his ex-wife, Mariah Carey, three with model and dancer Brittany Bell, three with former radio personality Abby De La Rosa, Two with the model Alyssa Scott, and one each with Bre Tiesi and LaNisha Cole.

To ensure quality time to all his children, The Nick Cannon Show host said he keeps a schedule for every kid and often takes them on drives or simply goes along with them to their extracurricular activities.

“It’s not about what I do for you or what I say to you, it’s about how you feel when I’m with you,” he said. “If you feel loved when you see your dad, that’s what’s gonna resonate.”

Speaking of co-parenting his children with multiple women, Cannon said that he follows the lead of the mothers of his kids.

“I go along with it. I know that every mother is making decisions based off of love and what they believe is best for the child.”

He also said all the women he has kids with understand him and his inclination towards having polyamorous relationships. He claimed they wanted to be with him, who is honest with them, rather than being with a man who claims he has only one woman in his life but cheats on them behind their backs.

“someone who’s telling them they’re the only one but still f****** the neighbor,” he said. “A lot of times it’s whichever of them has called me that day, to be honest. I am such a creature of habit. I like who like me.”

He also added that his partners are currently focused on their kids and their upbringing instead of being romantic all the time, “Because everybody’s so busy, nobody’s looking to be intimate with me. Everybody’s focus is the children.”
