The Greatest Relationships Are The Ones You Never Expected To Be In

Don’t keep stressing yourself out with the idea that you might not meet anyone who would want to spend a lifetime with you.

Love is never something that can be forced and that’s a lesson a lot of people are going to have to learn to accept. Too many couples just try to force things in a relationship even though things are clearly bad and toxic. You have to understand that yes, it’s always important for you to work for the love that you want. You must always be willing to put in the dedication, effort, and commitment that you need to make a relationship work. You must be willing to make compromises and you have to practice being selfless so that you and your partner have a shot at making things work out. But also, you must realize that it gets to a point where despite your best efforts, things just aren’t going to be meant to be. You have to know when to walk away and call it quits. You have to just be able to come to terms with the fact that not all relationships are going to work out the way that you want them to. There’s no shame in quitting a relationship that you’re just not meant to be in. There’s no shame in wanting to move on to better things in life.

Remember that no matter how much effort and time that you choose to invest in a relationship, nothing is ever going to be promised. No matter how much you asked the universe to give you what you want for yourself and your partner in this romance, the universe isn’t going to guarantee anything for you. You are not entitled to everything that you want just because you expect these things to happen to you. You aren’t entitled to being served everything that you desire on a silver platter. You have to know that not even all of the grandest plans will be enough to save a relationship between two incompatible people. Sometimes, love won’t even be enough to prolong a doomed relationship and that’s just how the cookie crumbles. Relationships have always designed to be inherently difficult because human beings in themselves are difficult and complex creatures to deal with. So it’s okay to be upset that the relationship that you thought would last forever just eventually crumbled to the ground. It happens. In fact, it happens a lot. You just have to learn to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and keep on moving forward.

Sometimes, the best relationships are the ones you never expected to be in. These are the relationships that come out of nowhere. These are the love stories that no one could have ever predicted, that no one could have ever prepared for. These are the romances that no one could have ever designed. These are the spontaneous and random love affairs that just clicked. These are the relationships that are filled with lots of excitement and uncertainty. These are the relationships that are full of anxiety and fulfillment. These are the relationships that catch people by surprise. These are the relationships that are going to seem almost effortless; as if the universe just willed it to happen. These are the low-maintenance relationships that will seem almost too good to be true. The greatest relationships are the ones you never have to force. These are the ones that you never have to really worry about because there is a certain sense of stability and consistency there that you can really rely on. These are the kinds of relationships that don’t cause you all that much stress because you know that at the end of the day, this relationship is making you a better person. These are the kinds of relationships that will feel totally natural and organic. These are the ones that you don’t really need to manipulate or control just so things will go your way. These relationships are the ones that are going to make you wonder why everything seems to just be falling into place even though you’re not designing it to be that way.

So don’t worry if the relationships that you’re in keep on failing. Maybe that’s part of the process. Maybe these relationships were necessary pitstops that you needed to take to prepare you for the big one. Maybe these relationships needed to teach you some valuable lessons that you needed to learn early on before you actually meet the person that you’re meant to be with for the rest of your life. Don’t keep stressing yourself out with the idea that you might not meet anyone who would want to spend a lifetime with you. That person is out there. You just have to learn to relax and to take things as they come. Trust in yourself and trust in the love of the universe to provide for your genuine heart.
